Girly...first I want to say I LOVE YOUR STUDIO with all it's light. YUmmmmEEEEE!

I love old patterns. They are my weakness. Next to old lace...well, they just call out my name!

Hi Stephanie,
it's so good to hear that everyone is on the mend and doing well. I know they all kept you very busy. HA.
Don't you just love the drawings on older patterns? I think the little ones hair is just adorable. What sweetness and the clothes are perfect from another time.
It's good to visit you my friend, Char

Crochet, knitting, painting, these are all my loves right now. I've been knitting and crocheting since I was eleven years old and I turn 54 in a couple of weeks! I just have to be creative in some form, All the time. We share a bit of everything on our blog. My daughter is into paper crafting and we share a lot of her work on our blog. Vintage images is a passion of both of ours and we often share our images for others to enjoy. I have enjoyed getting to know you through Pink Saturday. Have a nice week! Twyla

Hi Stephanie! I'm so happy you got to stop by and sit on my porch for a view is much better than mine, but anything is better in eastern Tn. I love your blog. You will find yourself on my bloglist. And, I will be your newest Friend/Follower as soon as I can get into it.
I am so excited to meet you since you are from my Fav place on earth.
We have been going down there since 1964..I was 4 and some streets in Gatlinburg was gravel...sometimes I wished they hadn't paved it. Cosby, Newport,Wears Valley, Pittman Center, Townsend, Knoxville in the old Cherrokee subdividion along the river, we just drive for hours takin is scenery! Oh how I miss it. My parents are having health issues and we can't get away right now...and am I havin Mountain withdrawls....thank goodness I don't have a ain't pretty.
Love those vintage illustrations on the patterns. Seems we both collect like things. You were taking about your muse...I guess mine would be color and vintage textiles.I see a vintage peice of fabric and's like a sculptor who takes a peice of rock and sees a form..I see what that fabric can be recreated into.
I can't wait to go thru you past posts. Now that we know where we are in Blogland, Let's not be strangersQ I hope you can come on up here to my Northern part of Blogland and visit a while longer.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by and leaving me a note. I love the way you have your headers ... very unique! What a gorgeous view and wonderful place you have! Sounds like you've been dealing with similar stuff - my husband had pneumonia and the dog had surgery.
I was thinking about old patterns for some reason the other day - and now - I can't remember why. Oh well, maybe another day? Patterns were quite inexpensive then, huh? Enjoyed our visits. Thanks, Jenn
