Textures of Silk, Rayon, Linen, Pearl Cotton...

I want to show you
A few PiNk crocheted flowers that I've created...
but still many more streamers to add to them.

My crochet hooks,
luxurious silk and rayon ribbons, soft merino wools,
pearl cottons, delicate linen threads,
are finally finding their places
all around my favorite chair.

After a steady year of much busy-ness unpacking,
remodeling, arranging, organizing, more painting,
more, more, more,
I've stopped...

To be still, to lose myself in my design world,
to play without any chatter {in my mind}
of what else could or should be done.

It will be waiting
but for now
I must relax
and
create beautiful things.

Another crocheted flower..
this one combines rayon ribbons and tiny linen thread.

Anyone knitting or crocheting right now?

You've changed things around a bit. Looks great.

I want to know how to make those flowers. They are sooooooo pretty.

I got my big book of knitting out the other day. I want to knit something for the grand for Christmas. I want to crochet some dish cloths and face cloths. I want to make soap. I have a lot of I want to's.

Happy Pink Saturday, Your blog itself is an inspiration, one of my very very favorites and thank you for sharing in this special Pink Saturday to help spread the word. Your Roses are simply divine but after all a Queen does create them and your work is wonderful. When this weekend is past I must take time out from this computer and get to work and I have said that before but I feel now is the time as the weather has cooled off. Please stop by and get a glimpse of my more personal side and I seldom share this much of myself. For this Miracle weekend I felt I needed to give some Happy back along with Hope. Though it is a totally different story it is just a small part of my journey and should be shared. Hugs to you!
